Will Madden 08 support widescreen?

I'm holding off FULL excitement though until Tuesday where I can actually see if I can choose 1920 x 1200 in the game. But it's looking very good!!

I got the game at CC today, widescreen is IN!!!!! I can play at 1920 x 1200 and let me tell you, it's glorious.

Is it true Widescreen though?

Is it Vert- or Hor+. Or is it 16:9 being stretched to fill 16:10?

I'm with the rest of you. I am very doubtful that EA put true widescreen in their Madden 08 game for the PC. My purchase literally hands in the balance of the answer of the question alone. I don't think EA cares much for its small PC gaming community but having widescreen and having the same graphic resolution that is available with the XBOX 360 should be a given for any of their titles. Otherwise they will lose what little PC sports gaming fans that are left.
