The Matrox site's FAQ says that even though you can physically connect multiple TH2Gos to the same computer, that it won't work.

A 3x2 is possible using 2 TH2Gs and an nVidia card. I know nVidia cards give you the option to vertically span two displays of the same resolution, essentially making what appears to Windows to be a really tall screen. So all you need to do is connect 3 TVs to each triplehead, then set the option to vertically span them and you should have a 2x3 array of TVs that looks like on big monitor to Windows.

If cost is a factor, dual th2g might be cheaper, but I still think you might want to look at Matrox's powerwall solutions. Their designed specifically for what you intend.
