Viewsonic VX1940w or LG W1952TQ

I want to buy a new monitor, but I'm really confused to choose between those two :

1. Viewsonic VX1940w

2. LG W1952TQ

LG has 700:1 static contrast but with 10000:1 DFC/dynamic while Viewsonic has 1000:1 static and 3000:1 dynamic. So which one actually have the better color contrast?
