Flawless Widescreen and Skyrim

Hi folks. I was wondering if anyone has any solutions for a problem i think I'm having.

Today I updated Enderal with the latest patch, and when I launched it via Mod Organiser with Flawless Widescreen I have vertical black bars either side of the menu screen, when I could have SWORN that the graphic previously stretched across the entire screen i.e. the bethesda and options text were on top of the image - not in the vertical black bars because you know like....they weren't there.....i think. If I launch it without Flawless Widescreen I get the full screen graphic on the menu screen but naturally the skyui hud is cropped and rubbish in game.

In game is fine with Flawless Widescreen so yes my 'problem' is very much a first world one but as stated above I could have sworn the black bars weren't there previously and was hoping someone might confirm this.
Any thoughts?
