Pillarboxing

this may seem like a noob question but how can i pillarbox my widescreen monitor to play non-widescreen games that you guys havent found a widescreen solution to yet? i just hate it when they stretch out.

Specs:
Monitor: I have a new dell laptop
graphics card: 7900GS

For Dell notebooks there is also an option in the BIOS for it, make sure that the LCD expansion is turned off. :wink:
