Elder Scrolls - Skyrim

Trying to get Skyrim to do 21:9 ultra widescreen on DELL U2913Wm monitor in 2560 x 1080.
Tried several things, but they dont seem to work for me? Widescreen Fixer etc...suppsoed to support the latest Skyrim but when trying to use it just doenst work correctly for me at all...really wierd results, keys not working as bound etc...

Tried using the 2560 x 1080 in the prefs.ini file and this makes Skyrim look great at this resolution bit the HUD etc is cut off at the bottom an u cant see some much needed game info...like how much stuff (weight) your carrying etc...

Most other games I play, DeadSpace, FC3, Crysis etc all look ok and very playable.

Anyone have any ideas how to get this HUD thing working at this 21:9 ?
