Hello All!
Got my Matrox TH2G around last December and am just now getting the opportunity to play around with it. My set up is as follows:
OS: Windows 7 (x64)
GX: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 560M
3xOptoma TW610STi Projectors (Native Res. 1280x800)
* Using Dual Link DVI to HDMI cables to connect everything
So my problem is that when I have all three projectors connected to the TH2G, the only resolution that appears to work for me is 800x600 which ... isn't very desirable (not to mention it doesn't work for FSx...). When I view the "Troubleshooting" section of the PowerDesktop software, it doesn't seem to recognize that Dual-Linked DVI cables are being used.
Has anyone encountered this before?
Should I just follow the steps outlined here (conclusive-5040-fix-all-nvidia-users) or does there appear to be another problem?
Thank you all for the help!

To be clear, do you have a Dual-Link DVI cable going from your GPU to you TH2Go? Or is it an HDMI cable from your GPU and a DVI cable to the TH2Go? The second scenario will not work.

It appears that the DVI
It appears that the DVI connector on the GTX560M is dual-link DVI capable, but you need to use the dual-link DVI cable (like the one that comes with the TH2G) to connect DVI to DVI, as has been stated, as well as the USB cable.

Thanks for the quick replies, everyone!
The cable I am using has a Dual-Link DVI end and a HDMI end. The HDMI is plugged into the GPU and the Dual Linked DVI end going into the TH2Go. To try and rule out problems with the cable, I also purchased a HDMI to DVI adapter and used the Matrox supplied Dual Linked DVI cable with it. In this scenario, the TH2Go has one end of the cable plugged into it, then the other end is attached to the adapter. The HDMI end of the adapter is then plugged into the GPU.
Just to be more clear with the other end of the TH2Go ...
Each projector has the HDMI end of a cable plugged into it with the Dual Linked DVI end of the same cable plugged into the TH2Go.
I'm guessing from the above reply that this set-up will not work?
If not, is it possible to still use this device with say VGA cables (+ appropriate adapters) to obtain a resolution larger than 800x600? Or am I totally out of luck here with the machine I currently use?

I've never tried connecting
I've never tried connecting the TH2G digital via the VGA connectors.
From all the pictures I have seen, the GTX560M has a dual link DVI connector on it. Does yours not have this? The DVI-to-HDMI cables between the TH2G and the monitors shouldn't be an issue, but from the laptop to the TH2G I think it's an issue.

Unfortunately, it just has one HDMI connector and one VGA connector.
I guess I'll give VGA a try .. if that doesn't work, I'll need to find me a new set-up eventually.
