I am looking to try some gaming on this setup I can have a desktop working on both but not anything else Games images wallpaper ? any help or advice would be much appreciated

Sorry about that I have GIGABYTE 590GTX  I have installed the newest nvidia drivers and configured for duel monitors , the windows 7 desktop works fine but no single program runs on both PANASONIC TX-P50X50B at the same time to create a 100 " any ideas ?
