The GPU Core Clocks jump as
The GPU Core Clocks jump as expected from 400MHz(idle) to 1000MHz(load). The memory Clock doesn't change.
I found something interesting. It seems that when the fps drop below 60(and my monitors are running at 60hz), the tearing starts on all 3 monitors, and when Im pushing 60 it only happens on the left one with miniDP->DVI

That has something to do with vertical synchronizing (v-sync). V-sync tries to match your frames per second with your monitor's refresh rate (hz). However, due to the different signal coming from your miniDP, the card can somehow not handle that.

Are you able to confirm that the screen tears when the gpu core and or memory speeds change?

When the core clock jumps it does tear, but that is normal. But in games the core clock always maintains maximum value and it still tears, wouldn't mind the tearing in windows because of the clock changes.

Thats not real Tearing isn't it ?
I get the same when i start a Youtube Video and clock goes from 400 up to 925 (Standard clock is 1000mhz! 9125 is for hardware acceleratet stuff like Flash videos)
a flickering /tearing similar effect only on one monitor. But it's not happen every time, just sporadic.
Btw -.- Youtube Video paused gpu clock goes down to 501mhz... i don't get it... seems like i have way to many GPU states -.- 300mhz, 400mhz, 501mhz, 925mhz, 1000mhz(standard)!
VRAM is differenty.. too. 150mhz for idle 1375mhz for Flash based hardware acceleration and 1425 Standrad clock.
We gonna send it to outa space!

He says the problem is HDMI->DVI and that two monitors with miniDP to DVI active adapter will fix the problem.
Anyone can confirm it? The price is kind of steep and I wouldn't want to throw away my money. Its almost 50 euros here in Spain.

That's odd. HDMI and DVI have identical digital signals, so that should not be the issue. Can I get a link to the forum?

I was able to fix this
I was able to fix this problem. In AMD VISION Engine Control Center go to Position Windows Taskbar and check Position the Windows taskbar on a single display.

Catalyst 12.4 have just been released, look at this line from the Release Notes:
- Tearing is no longer observed on the third screen in 3x1 and 1x3 Eyefinity configurations
An AMD betatester of Rage3D forum said that it didn't fix it for him, but who knows... even if it's not fixed for everyone, this makes me think it CAN be fixed.
EDIT: Now he says that he can't understand why it appears at the release notes because it CAN'T be fixed via drivers. Oh well... let's wait and see.

Sorry guys, those release notes were really misleading. Here's what has been fixed:
"We had an issue where the tearing was really, really bad (actual gaps occurred where the tearing was), and accompanied by bad flickering and not the normal tearing that occurs when you have different display interfaces."
