How do I figure out the sizes of the different displays? I would like a 27" - 30" monitor for the primary landscape display.
All info -- even specific models -- would be great. Any limitations on Eyefinity or other setups?
Looking for two portrait and one landscape setup.

Limitations, yes - Portrait Landscape Portrait only works with SoftTH. TripleHead2Go, EyeFinity and nVidia Surround do not support PLP at time of writing.

So, I've been looking around, and seen two different Dell 30" monitors.
Anyone reviewed both the 3007WFP and U3011?
Any concerns with either of these displays?

I have 3 x dell 3007wfp-hc. They are the best panels I've ever seen in my life. 2 issue though. They have 1 input and have no scaler chips.
I would jump on getting 3 x 3008wfp's or U3011's but it's way out of the budget.
