I have a newly built gaming rig running two 460 1gb video cards in SLI. Everything works fine and performance rocks. I currently have one samsung 24" monitor listed below. I want to run 2d surround for gaming. Will two of the Dell monitors listed below run surround with my Samsung as the primary (center)?

If the sync polarity is the same, it should. But few manufacturers actually tell you what the sync polarity is, so running mixed monitors is a bit of a 'cross fingers' until you know they work.

However, they're different sizes - that's going to be a little bit jarring on the gaming 'immersion'. :(

would it be safer to go with another samsung? Could I get away with a 24" in the middle and two 23"s on the sides?
