valafar :bowdown

As an avid classic RPG fan, Arcania is perhaps the most anticipated game of this year for me (if Drakensang: TROT doesn't manage to come out). Thanks!

Great. Hope one of you ArcaniA owners will be kind enough to post an updated Confirmed Solution soon. ;)

Is it acceptable to host your FOV edit on the WSGF server for when RapidShare decides to delete it?

Sure thing. You can host it from there if you like. Sorry for the long wait on a response. Been playing FONV and working on some texture mods for it.

Well.. Rapidshare deleted it. Got a link to it on the WSGF server, Paradigm? Just got this game and I'm eager to play it..

Edit: Nevermind.. grabbed it of the Jowood site. Though It couldn't hurt to upload it here, too.

I can't get into this. The start is too mediocre.

I'm really sorry about reviving this old a post, but neither link works, and if there's a copy on the WSGF server I haven't been able to find it.
I'm setting up a Eyfinity system and could really use the file.
Thanks in advance.

Heh! I remember being a modder on the official ArcaniA forums...until JOWOOD went bankrupt...

Still I played this game in 3D Surround:) I still have the files on my PC..... somewhere. I will gladly give them so the rest of the community might enjoy it:
What I managed to fix:

- FOV - really nice fov close to the original fov on a 16:9 aspect ratio
- Correct FOV in cutsecenes for Surround/Eyefinity Gaming
- Correct fov in Inventory, Menus : Crafting, etc.
- Maybe more, but can't remember now :)))
- They also work for the expansion "set":)

Best Regards,
Helifax

Sounds like a plan m8, if you find the files please update the DR including your solution next to valafar's fix. :twothumb
