I am running an ATI 5870 using 3 monitors in Eyefinity. My desktop resolution is set at 5760x1080. Everything there is working perfectly. However, when I load up WOW the highest resolution I can choose is 2400x600. Any ideas why?

I posted on the Wow forums as well and got this response, tried it and it still didn't work.
What happens if you alter the config.wtf file in the world of warcraft folder? It's in the WTF folder, open it with notepad, look for "SET gxResolution" and make it say:

"SET gxResolution "5760x1080"

You should probably only have to change the resolution numbers that are already there. Save and close the document, restart wow.

Hmm. Wow should run natively. I've been using 5760x1080 on a 5870 for 6 months now and on WoW I was always able to pick the resolution right out of the video settings. You might try reinstalling your ATI drivers, and creating your eyefinity group again. As long as WoW is patched (past 3.0 I think?) the resolutions run perfectly natively. Other than that, maybe try running it in a maximized window with no border.

ROFL!! It's always the simplest thing!! I spent hours and hours yesterday trying to find out what the problem was only to find that a simple reboot solved the problem. Thanks for your help though.

No problem. Glad to hear you got it working. Might I suggest custom UI's though. The vanilla UI doesn't sit very well with triplehead.

I personally love gigantic "Changed Target" text on the screen :P

The add-on "Move Everything" is invaluable for multi monitor WoW.
