Should i buy that monitor for 4 GB RAM 1333 MHz/AMD X4 925/HD5770 1GB ?

If i play on 1280x720 / 1280x800 or 1280x1024 How will it look?

Really :( I cant buy 5850 (cause of my budget)

Or can i play 1080p on High without AA (That games are GTA IV,Crysis,Fear,Fear 2,COD4-5-6 and many games)

Or if i play on 1680x1050 High settings without AA .How will it look?
