Sim City 4 Rush Hour

Hi,
newbie here with a Parhelia, i downloaded uniws for sim city 4 and great!!! but no go for rush hour.

I had a seach around and back in 2005 someone said it only worked with sim city 4 at the moment.

anyone got it going for rush hour? trying to get 3072x768

HELP PLEASE.....
