There will be OLED TV's next year, but I don't know if there is any PLED among them (Sites call both OLED and PLED for OLED). There is an OLED TV out now by Sony, but its only 15" and cost both legs to buy it.

As per your specifications for an ideal monitor it is fine but some other factors also contribute to that according to mine such as

1.Brand preferred.
2.Budget for it.
3.Any specific choice other than mentioned
