I use it on all my PC's and it works fine. Very nice for late night programming. Reduced my eye strain considerably. It takes a while to get used to the slightly orange tint, but now I don't even notice it. I found that if I change the transition to take 60 minutes instead of the default 20 seconds I don't even notice the color change.

I also use F.lux on an eyefinity rig. It works great, and definitely is easier to look at late at night. I have also successfully used it in an EF 3+1 configuration with one monitor over the top of 3x in landscape.
