Hi all,

I have a Acer Predator z35 Monitor 2560x1080. I just installed the game Vikings - Wolves of Midgard and unfortunately it doesn't support my Resolution nor 21:9 Ratio. It always jumps to 1920x1080 with black bars on the left and right side.
I installed flawless widescreen, but the game is not in the list (yet?). Is there already a solution for this game or will it be supported soon?

There are entries in the registry for the Resolution: but when I Change it to 2560 in the Width, it is overwritten with 1920 when I start the game.

thanks for any Feedback!
Tom

Editing the registry does not work for this game... but FYI: when you edit Width or Height values in regedit, you need to select Decimal base instead of Hexadecimal.

The working method for Vikings is to disable fullscreen in-game and use 3rd-party app Borderless Gaming to automagically maximize the window to your native resolution.

Yes I knew the Decimal Base Setting and set it to 2560 but obviously it doesn't work. Thank you for the link. I installed Borderless Gaming and it works quite well. But it seems that it stays at 1920x1080 and is only streched to 2560x1080 ? When I open the inventory as it can be seen in my attchment screenshot, the Tabs above are outside the Monitor view and actually a Little bit to big.

It's "working" as in "running at the correct res with a Hor+ FOV" - but yeah, there are UI issues (the game is utterly unplayable in Multi-monitor) and 2D cinematics stretch. 21:9 users have been pretty vocal on the Steam forum, here's hoping the devs took notice...

The decs take notice meanwhile but they promise nothing. They only say "21:9 not official supported"....nice one in 2017 for a full price game.

But hey, i only spend 18 bucks @cdkeys and for that i hadded 30 hours fun and thats ok. The stretched UI is not so horrible, you can play with it with no problems....
