Hey guys, having bought a 1070 FE at launch decided to bench it and compare it to my previous 970.
Used GTA V in ultrawide (2560x1080), all maxed out except MSAA (x2). That means PCSS, TXAA, all very high and the additional options on.

As mentioned in the video though, wider fov from ultrawide = higher cpu bottleneck in some situations (can go as low as 70% gpu usage on a stock i7 4790k). If you got any questions feel free to ask.

1070 FE is at 2000mhz, 970 @ 1463 mhz. So both OC'd as high as they can go.

Hope some might find it useful.

PS: sorry if it's the wrong section to post, figured it might be ok since this is related to 21:9. If not, i kindly ask an admin to move it. Cheers.
