I already have 1.42c patch.
It has 2560x1080 21:9 and 4K But no 3440x1440 21:9 resolution.

Is there any patch or hack ?

Ha, that is kinda strange. their 21:9 implementation was somewhat flawed anyway (Hud problems etc), but I have 2560x1080, so it would run for me. Have you tried flawless widescreen?
