SoftTH (fullscreen, DX9 x86). Do Cursor Lock Fix *. In-game select massive resolution (every time). When done playing, revert to your single-screen resolution before quitting (every time **).

(PLP screenshot with bezel effect)

NOTES:
1. Game looks good hor+, FOV looks proper & rendered video hor+. But a few things stretched, none a problem: HUD, text, menu, FMV video. Loading screens are vert-.
2. If game abends, lower in-game Quality settings. It's because FPS dips too low. Game is fairly heavy maxed, particularly on "2099" levels.
3. * Cursor Lock Fix: Utility's instruction in guide/parent page (PrimaryLock was not tested, but probably works too).
4. ** Must always end the game in single-screen.
A. If you forget to switch resolution before game exit, game will be stretched on reboot & menu butchered.
B. To fix this stretch, must reset game resolution: delete SoftTH files, then run game & quit immediately from menu. Then redo spread method, & correct in-game Quality settings.
C. File that stores resolution cannot be made read-only (technique for allowing exit without resolution change).
