Fullscreen: SoftTH (DX9 x86). Run game from exe (bypass launcher). In-game select massive resolution. Do not use Aspect setting. OR Borderless: Edit *...\BC\data\settings\renderer_settings.xml. resolution = yours (+ border = borderless), windowed = "true", aspect_ratio = "#.#####" (yours = width / height, ideally including borders). In-game ShiftWindow (same nums & to position). Then increase ShiftWindow nums till borders completely gone.

* BC folder may be in %LOCALAPPDATA% or %APPDATA% or \Steam\userdata\(userid)\21670\.
Game looks good, though many videos & menus are vert- (not a problem).
My ShiftWindow numbers were adjusted left & up a pixel, width +2, height +2.
Aspect_ratio can sometimes simply be set to 0 (auto. Untested).
