Hello All,

I'm a graduate student at Johns Hopkins University doing a project on how to improve the WSGF's games database. I'd like to get a sample of the types of display setups our members have to assess our capacity for completing detailed reports. Answer above; a $20 Steam gift card awaits one lucky respondent!

Best,

TTM

I have 3 32" 2560x1440 BenQ BL3200PT's in landscape, and another of the same as a companion display centered above the middle panel. I have a feeling 3x1+1 is going to be the most common answer with pretty much every new GPU being able to push at least 4 displays. Might want to add that one to the list.

I agree, That's what I use on my main setup. 3x1 Landscape 30" and a single 30" above.

Are there many games that support an accessory monitor? I would think that feature would be found only in a handful of games such as MMOs with free-floating HUD elements. This feature definitely merits a note in detailed reports on games that do support it, if not a separate category.

BTW I thought I would be able to see usernames of voters when I created the poll but it turns out that I can't so if you want a chance to win the gift card please enter your response and e-mail address here.

None!
The only game I know of is Battlefield 4 and that only works with the browser! So you have an interactive self updating map on the accessory screen. But that could also be a Tablet!
Same goes for Wow or such, you can simply display maps or guides for instances. No interactive stuff.

Oh Star Citizen is rumored to have an own App for tablets which does such stuff.

Nope, but you can run a browser, vetrilo/teamspeak/mumble, steam group chat on it while you're playing and get visual info while playing.

I put a browser map on it while playing DayZ.
