Hi,

Im thinking obout to buy a tripple monitor system.
Is there rly no solution without borders? (i know that i can disassemble them)

I only found the LG E91 but i think it is not released yet.
Here is a video of it:

Are there any borderless alternatives to this Monitor?

I have searched on internet and can only find borderless TV's but i think those tv's can also be used as monitors but that would be really expensive to buy three TV's :p
i have searched for the LG E91 and i also think that it hasn't been released yet. The monitor looks really nice btw. My advice is (If you really want borderless monitors) to search further or to wait for that kind of monitors

LG announced two "nearly borderless" monitors; this E91 (August 2011) and DM92 (December 2011). Both disappeared from the radar and none of them were shown at the CES 2012 or anywhere else.
... so it seems that will not really exist.

DM92 here:

Using TVs can be an interesting option. I am using 3 samsung 40D6500. Borders are not as thin as the ones of those monitors but as the screens are bigger, the overall feeling is quite good !

From the three monitors I was previously using to the 3 samsung TVs :-)

There are LG tvs without borders, but i dont want to use a tv as computer monitor. (i think there is a little difference and this is not good our eyes)

Why can they make only tvs without this annoying borders? :(

4.2mm bezel, would have been nice!

btw, what about buying a TFT panel only, and create your own monitor? i asume they're quite expensive... and you need all the electronic for monitor->DVI/DP Port, but you could create a true bezelless monitor! Any1 knows a site selling TFT panels ?

You can buy them wholesale. But cheaper to buy (for example) 3X Catleap 27's and remove the case. TBH :)

Yes thats a good idea, but what should i do if a monitor becomes an hardware defect? (no warranty when i disassemble them)
And Disassembled devices look very ugly without borders...
