I have an ATI 4870x2, one of the double-decker videocards. I noticed recently that the clock speeds on one of the GPU's is set to 750MHz (gpu) and 900MHz (mem), but the second GPU is only set to 507MHz (gpu) and 500MHz (mem). The temperatures are obviously quite different between the two GPU's as well. Are these values suppose to be different speeds, or should I change the second set to match the first? Could this cause any issues? The first gpu typically runs around 75-80c, even when not gaming. But, it never goes about 85c, even under heavy load.
I also get some strange artifacts while playing certain games, such as the water textures in Ghostbusters shaking violently, and the water in 3dmark vantage doing the same, as demonstrated by this video:

Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.
