| Post subject: | Horizontal and Vertical Frequencies question |
I have an LG W2600H (26") and the frequencies are as follows; Horizontal Freq. 30 - 83 kHz (Automatic) Vertical Freq. 56 - 75 Hz (Automatic) I sent in an email to LG technical support asking if I can run my monitor at 75hz. They stated yes! BUT shouldn't it only run at 60hz? Will 75hz ruin it? Thanks. Update ... well LG tech is wrong. lol |

Just use the highest that Windows offers you. Right-click desktop - Screen Resolution - Advanced Settings - Monitor. Available resolutions will be listed in the pull-down menu. |

some asus monitors allow you to run at their stated refresh rate ...but at a lower resolution try scaling down a little, might help ? 1920x1200 to 1680x1050 etc etc |
