I will post any results. I wish AMD would use outputs other than DisplayPort. I don't know any short throw projectors that have them, and all the conversion adaptors sure do increase the cost, and with something like this running at 120Hz in synch, that might be where the theory breaks down. As there are no active HDMI adapter's I'm aware of, I would have to buy active DVI, and then another convertor to HDMI, as most projectors offer a choice of either HDMI or VGA. From what I've read VGA "might" work, though the projector manufacturers expect 3D to be HDMI.
I just forked out for a W600 and 6 mini DisplayPort to VGA adapters, so that might have to suffice for the first version.
