I can play all COD series fine with my surround setup and i have driver 306.23 Have you already tried the newest WHQL driver 306.23?

Any driver for me past 290 series crashes with that punkbuster error. I've tried them all and it stops working on the release of the 295 series and beyond. I don't see how that could be unless it's something related to 3D Vision Surround. My system is 3DVS capable even though I am not enabling 3D for any CoD game. It worked great for years for me on Th2G and for about a year or so until 295+. Very frustrating. A couple other games of mine stopped working after 285. TDU won't even launch now with any driver beyond 285. All my other games work fine though on recent drivers.
