To truly address FOV in MSFS, you need to make a bunch of camera view slices to fill the external rendering area. There are a few simpit specific forums that explain how this is accomplished. To clarify though when you add more cameras you divide the efficiency MSFS has to render everything. It's a tradeoff.

Thanks, Hawthorne. I know its a bit dated, but moving cross country will do that. Can you point me to those simpit threads you mentioned? Also, what kinds of performance hits are we talking here, 20-30%?
