Apparently there's a problem with the rendering of "godrays" in the latest version of UE3 and AMD 6xxx cards. Its an issue with ATI cards and having the sharder set to high, set it to medium and it'll disappear. |

lol I had that and i thought it was some random polygon vertex, then as the sun came into view it would flare 1/2 my image NOT a vertex... good fix thanks. is it me, or are games becoming more and more GPU specific? I've noticed that AMD supported games play much better on them, then on Nivida supported games. Homefront is a good example of this. |

Swings and roundabouts - DiRT2 is an AMD sponsored game, yet runs better on nVidia. I'm sure in the past there were nVidia sponsored games that ran better on ATi... I just can't remember any right now. UT2004? |
