So i just found this thread:

http://forums.dolphin-emu.com/thread-8375.html

Apparently the latest build of the dolphin Wii emulator can render in super wide resolutions.

Has anyone tried this here in their triple screen setups?

No, I didn't even know a Wii emulator was this far along... But I'll be sure to give it a try and tell you as soon as I can, knowing this now...

Super Smash Bros. in Triplewide sounds too awesome to pass up!

Well, I've got it running, but I can't seem to get the ARs that some of the people there are getting... It's more like Vert- than Hor+ for me.

Anyone else get the look they have in the shots on the forum?

EDIT: NVM, I figured it out: outside of the settings in the thread, make sure you have one of the newer SVN builds, not the 2.0RC1 that is on the main download pages. You'll have to find an alternate source for the SVN builds. I'll try to put up some pics or maybe even a video at some point tomorrow if I can.

Seems they added 2.0 official to the download page (which adds the feature), but I can't get NSMB to play at any sort of decent speeds.

The controller it self is just bluetooth based. You need some IR lighting to use the mouse type stuff, the best bet for that would probably be picking up a wireless Wii Sensor bar, the stock one has a proprietary connector to power it.

As said above, I have a wireless sensor bar, and it works great. Any bluetooth dongle will work for the wiimote. If you REALLY want to try this, but don't have a wireless sensor bar, you could light 2 candles and use them for a sensor bar :)

It'll work with anything that emits infrared light. If you want to be REAL cheap, you could probably stop by an electronics parts store, buy 2 infrared LEDs, and connect them to a battery. They just need to be separated by some arbitrary distance. Also, make sure that you run the wires short-long-short-long and NOT short-long-long-short or long-short-short-long. By this I mean the length of the legs on the LEDs. Anyway, tape the wires to a battery. Try different batteries until it works but my guess is that a C cell or a 9v might be best. This depends on the LEDs so you might have to try different things. This shouldn't cost you more than 5 bucks and if it did you did something wrong along the way. If you can't get the LEDs to turn on (you probably won't be able to see them even when they're on) try flipping the battery. Just make sure that the leg pattern on the LEDs is right.
