Hey guys, i got 3 lcd's a while back and was using softth just trying out games with it. So i then purchased a digital th2g thinking it would fix the bubble'd out zoom effects on the left and right screens. Well it hasnt, Is there something i have done wrong, or is this just the way it displays games when playing at wider res's? |

Take a look at this. Apparently game programmers prefer 'fisheye' style cameras, as the distortion you describe is very common. |

That's normal even with the TH2Go. |

Ive been having this problem too. I assumed i was doing somthing wrong. It is still playable but slightly annoying. Close to the edge of each side screen the view is quite distorted. Is there any way of minimalising this? |

Ive been having this problem too. I assumed i was doing somthing wrong. Changing the FOV in the game, effectively "zooming in" the image (ie in FPS the view moves towards your gun tip). Its not that effective a solution. The issue really is that you arent meant to be looking at the side screens. Imagine wearing a VR helmet, you dont spend your time spinning your eyes to look at the left/right of the front mounted LCD they use. The sides are there for immersion only (in first and 3rd person, overhead games are different), they exist only to aid your peripheral vision. |

I'm not sure which games you are talking about but, In FSX you can adjust your zoom forward and then pull your seating back so that the instuments are in the right place (you may be in a back seat but you really don't notice it) Anyway, the side screens will look good (not great) |
