Hi, this is my first post, i use search but i don't found any related, sorry if exist.

Today I has recieved my TripleHead2Go, in the past I was using SoftTH. So I has a few cuestions.

1.- Is possible to use the 3 monitors like a 3 monitors in windows envoirment? If I maximize a window it maximize in 3 monitors, and what I want is maximize in only 1 monitor. :|

2.- Is possible to use bezel management WITHOUT the black lines in the sides? In SoftTH when I use the function "bordersize" I don't see any black lines :(

Greetings

1.) Yes, the Matrox software will do that.

2.) As far as I know no, because it effectively gets rid of the pixels behind the bezels. To do what you describe you would need to run the game at a higher resolution.

Thanks for answers.

1.- How I can do? What is the program? Power Desk SE or SGU? I'm lost

2.- With softth I use a "bordersize=125" 125 are pixels, and the final resolution is 4090x1024 from the 3840x1024. It would be possible to do with TH2GO?

EDIT: I had read that the program is Powerdesk, but when I try to load, it close... I will reinstall

1.) I don't have TH2Go so I can't give any real solid advice on that, but I believe it is Powerdesk.

2.) It would be possible to do that with the TH2Go in a technical sense, although it would require another update from Matrox which would inject the code into the TH2Go to enable the functionality.

Napalm Candy,

1. PowerDesk SE is the software you need to do this. Most find PowerDesk less than ideal for 2D windows management. What you can do to get a true triple-monitor environment on the Windows desktop is to use dual-input monitors and a secondary, inexpensive GPU. Connect one side monitor to the primary output on the secondary GPU and the other side monitor to the secondary output on the primary GPU. The TripleHead2Go stays connected to the primary output on the primary GPU, and on the desktop you set it ot use a single-screen resolution. Windows works much better this way, when it recognizes three physically separate monitors.

2. You cannot use bezel management and eliminate the outside black borders with TripleHead2Go. This is an advantage that SoftTH has.

You basically have two different configurations. The first will be all monitors on their first input, with all three connected to the TripleHead2Go. Use this for gaming, with a triplehead resolution.

The second configuration is with both side monitors switched to their second input. The second inputs are connected to your GPUs. The first monitor stays on its first input. Use this for productivity work, with three singlehead resolutions.
