Could someone please tell me where I can get the Matrox firmware update for the DTH2GO. (you know, my primary monitor is currently the left one instead of the center one) Thanks. poppiman |

From Matrox site : Worldwide technical support locations For support in English, French, Italian, and Spanish: Telephone: (514) 685-0270 Hours of operation: Monday to Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (UTC/GMT -5 hours) Serving Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Denmark, Finland, Norway, Sweden, Eastern Europe Telephone: +49 89 62170-333 Hours of operation: Monday to Friday 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM EST (UTC/GMT -5 hours) 13:00 to 21:00 CET/MEZ (UTC/GMT +1 hour) (Support is offered in English, French, Italian and Spanish) I contacted the Worldwide number - they were helpful and sorted out the left / center single monitor issue with a firmware change for me. |
