Since installing my Triple Head 2 Go I notice that if I leave everything connected and do work stuff like read email etc the text is not as crisp as before connecting the Matrox setup. I am running a 24in Dell widescreen with 2 19in Philips CRTs using a P4 2.4 and Geforce Ti4600. I am getting my new computer tomorrow and will be running Vista Home Premium in a 2.6 Ghz Core 2 Duo and two 8800 GTS cards. I am hoping that with that setup I can run my center screen through the Matrox TH2Go without the fuzzy text I get at present. It is readable but slightly degraded. Is this just something that cant be avoided with a Triple Head 2 Go? I can always take the Matrox out of the system for work stuff but is there an easier way to handle this problem that oothers have discovered? :? Peter |

Well, my guess is that you're running the screens in non native resolutions resulting in fuzzy text. Best thing for a TH2Go setup are 3 exactly the same screens so you can run them at native res. |

The max res with the TH2G is 3 x 1280x1024 ... your Dell 24" has a native res is 1920x1200 ... of course it is going to look fuzzy ... and stretched ... Read this ... it won't help with the fuzzy text but it will perhaps give you a better understanding of the capabilities with the TH2G and widescreens ... http://www.widescreengamingforum.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=10112 |
