If anyone is wondering, Valve just released an update and has officially fixed the crosshair on ultra wide resolutions.

Hooray for Valve! :bowdown

Too bad not all developers are so eyefinity/surround friendly.

Too bad everyone already beat this game a month ago :lol:

Well, I didn't finish the Co-Op. Might be that I throw it on again at some time with a good friend. The fixed version comes in handy.

Does the valve crosshair fix work for anyone? I fired up Portal 2 today to play the DLC and still no crosshair.

Im downloading the game now to install to try the new DLC but I dont remember it ever being fixed for me before.

The DLC is fiendish, enjoying it quite a bit, sadly no crosshair on eyefinity.

Hmm, pretty sure I had a crosshair when I played in Eyefinity - I held off buying until it was fixed - don't tell me they went and broke it again? Will have to check when I get home (and try the DLC!)

I played through the entire game with the crosshair the first time through, only noticing its' absence about half way through... only really need it at a couple spots.

yeah they told me to take a hike when I asked them to fix that in Left4Dead 2. :(

Oh wait, Portal was a missing Cross hair not a Giant one... never mind I'm complaining about the wrong bug.. carry on :)

The new DLC update introduced a regression which broke the crosshairs again. Time to wait for another fix. Atleast the crosshairs aren't very important for Portal 2.

Edit: Patch released today fixes the crosshair.

Anyone know why my crosshairs still aren't visible? I verified the cache and it downloaded two files but the crosshair still doesn't show.

My crosshairs are gone too (eyefinity surround). Any word on why?

There was supposed to be a patch to fix this?

Not fixed for me either. I wanted to finish up co-op finally now that I had a partner who hadn't beaten it and well... Yet again, no fix. If anyone has figured out a way to fix it, I'm game.
