The Witcher works fine in surround for me and as you seem to be using NV cards it should work for you also. The opening cut scene and some other cut scenes do revert back to just the center monitor but the gameplay across all three monitors is just fine, really good frame rates, no issues. It is a power hungry beast however and I actually was maxing out my 1000 Wt PSU while playing the Witcher 2 with all settings maxed except for the ultimate mode. I swaped out a 1200 Wt PSU and that gave me the headroom and stoped the "maxing out the PSU Mobo beeps".
