Is there a way to siwtch form 3 to 1 monitor without swap cables ?

Is have the latest software and firmware.

Change your resolution in the windows display settings from a surround resolution to a single monitor resolution. Since you have the latest software and firmware the box should show your desktop on the single monitor only.

i was hoping for an shortcut or something like that , anyways when i go to a single monitor resolution suported by my monitor (1920x1080) the screens are going switching on and of and weird stripes flashing and then going back to the wide screen resolution

Inside the "matrox powerdesk" theres a "GXM" section, go there and select "swap." If you don't see the "GXM" section reinstall the "poweredsk" and check your USB connection.
