Hi B,
Adapter is on order thank-you for that.
Is it possible to use DP x HDMI passive adapters & HDMI cables to connect the othe 2 projectors?
(I already have these parts)
and is it possible to connect one of the DVI ports to a Gauge monitor in FS9/FSX

Not sure how it currently is, but the common theme with triple display gaming has always been the first two connections are passive dvi but the third needs to be active dp. I've never heard a person using two passive DP-HDMI adapters with a third active one though. Typically they would use the two DVI ports and the DP port for the third. That is the only guaranteed way I know it works. You're going into unfamiliar territory doing it the way you are suggesting.
