Hi Guys

I've read a heap around the net and on the Matrox website about this but it seems I'm out of luck. I thought I'd ask the experts.

Basically I recently purchased 3 x Samsung SyncMaster B2030 flat 20 inch flat screens + then last week I purchased a Matrox TripleHead2Go - Digital.

I was hoping to set it all up but the resolution options in the Matrox Power Desk are tough to navigate to say the least.

The error message I'm getting is:
TripleHead2Go Digital Edition KFP38511
The INF file for your GXM product is installed.
The selected mode couldn't be applied.
This GXM configuration couldn't be applied.

I'm using an i7 HP Pavilion Laptop with an ATI Redeon Mobility 5650 graphics unit.

The issue is that although I can't get 1600x900 working even though on the mode selection it has the 1, 2, 3 selection modes and 1 & 2 you can select that resolution, but 3 doesn't have 1600x900 and even if I select 2 it doesn't work.

I work in application development and Matrox need a lesson in useability.

I've given up is there a work around?

If not does he new Matrox TripleHead2Go - DP system work with these wider screens.

I'm stumped.

I'm going to call Matrox tonight but the monkeys I brought it off over the web said they might not return it.

It might be heading to ebay I reckon.

Anyway please help that's my last resort.

Thanks all. Love the site. Love multiscreen gaming. I wish Star Craft II allowed it though.

Cheers 8)
Simon
