first system spec
1. Window Vista Home 64 8 GB
2. 3 BenQ Monitors, 2- G2400WD, 1 FP241VW
3. Two Nv GTX 285
4. TH2GD
5. Nvida is recognizing all three monitors as one, (triplehead Matrox digtal Display)
My issues
1. I am having an issue where my middle monitor (FP241VW) is flashing when it boot up or when I load applications - (non preset mode)
and I hoping someone can tell me how I can fix this? The other two monitors are fine. this is my most pressing issue, any assistance on how to solve this will be greatly appreciated
2. How do I go about to reset /unclone the maxtor digital so that Nvidia will show 3 displays? - want to see if i can enable SLI first, then set up triplehead
3. Also, I need to know what do Matrox mean by Digital on Analog connector?
the information I pulling consist of this?
Windows display used for Matrox product:
Display 1
Input used:
Digital
Connector 1:
BNQ BenQ G2400W (Digital) on Analog connector.
Connector 2:
BNQ BenQ 241VW (Digital) on Analog connector.
Connector 3:
BNQ BenQ G2400W (Digital) on Analog connector
the reason why I am asking it because I am using DVI-D cables for all connections and monitors and this does not make sense.
thanks in advance for your replies and time.
Updated - 07/14/2009 - can anyone assist me? I know it has to do with native resolution, and I have this set to 4390 x 900 setting for right now, but Nvidvia is claiming my native resolutions for these monitors are 3840x1024 (3x1280x1024) and when I try to use those settings, the FP241 still said "no input received, non-preset mode" and will not go into the alleged native resolution setting - the other two monitors I have no problem with them when I do switch it that setting is the FP241 one is causing the issue.
Also, I do not understand why Nvd is only recognizing 3840 x 1024 as my top native resolution when I have three monitors all capable of supporting more than 1280 x 1024
