Would Th2Go work with a 22" monitor and 2 17"'s or do they all have to be the same size?

This answer you can find in the Triplehead FAQ, on the left. The answer is for softTH you don't need the same resolution, for TH2G you need the same resolution.

As long as you have the resolutions the same, yes they would.

You'll end up with 3x1280x1024 with the center stretched a bit awkward. I suppose you could get used to it though.
