Post subject:  3th monitor has been recognized, but thats it, i can't swith it on

I have some problems with my Sapphire HD6950 (dirt3 edition).

I have two Dell u2311 monitors connected with the DVI connector. The third screen (samsung b2233) is connected with dvi -> dp connector.
Windows recognizes all 3 screens, but i can only make 2 active. I can swith from 2 dell screens to 1 active Dell and one active samsung, but i can't set all 3 on active.
I don't know what i'm doing wrong... Is the DP connector not good? It gives me a screen, so I guess is working.

I can order a DP cable (the dell screens are equipt with a DP port), but will this fix my problem?

The third connector is installed just below the first one (not displayed on the picture)

review of the card

Any ideas are welcome!

I guess a passive one (a friend of my had a spare one).
I already orded a DP cable, i hope this will solve the problem....

Another question, is it possible to setup a configuration with 3 screens (1920x1080) + (1920x1080) and on (1650x1050)??? Because i would like to play games with a 3 monitor setup, but one screen is just and old 16:10 screen and the 2 new ones are 16:9...

Can this be arranged with the bezel tool?

Eyefinity always requires an active adapter on the third display. DP to DVi single-link active adapters go for about $25 on Newegg. This is the most common question answered here. Surprised you didn't stumble across all the other similar situations in other posts.
