Post subject:  ATI 6950 Eyefinity with Extended 4th Monitor USB DS-70u

I just recently purchased an ATI 6950 to replace my gtx275 running softth. I have been running a USB Doublesight DS-70U Monitor as my fourth monitor for sometime now. My problem is since I have switched to the 6950 running eyefinity I have not been able to get my doublesight to work. I can get it to work as an extended desktop only if the other 3 monitors are setup as extended desktops. If I plug it in while they are in an eyefinity config it turns eyefinity off and will not let me create a new eyefinity group. Again I do not want the doublesight as part of the eyefinity group i know that won't work. I just want it as an extended desktop to run a program called ispeed for Iracing. If anyone could give me some direction how to get this functional I would greatly appreciate it.

My setup is the following:

AMD 955 Black (stock overclocking)
ATI 6950 in 3x1 Eyefinity (stock overclocking)(catalyst 11.4)
ASUS M4A78-TE Motherboard on the latest firmware
8gb of OCZ 16000 DDR3 Memory
650w Power Supply
3x 22" Acer LCD's
1x Doublesight USB DS-70u 7" display (latest displaylink driver)
64gb SSD
Windows 7 x64 (Clean Install)(all updates installed)

should you not setup your 3 monitors in a group
leave ccc dont touch it again and setup the extended monitor in control panel ?

win7 also has a Show your desktop on only one monitor. setting

ps: just a hunch try turning aero off as i very much doubt the graphics hardware in your usb monitor supports dx9 that is needed for aero
