hey all I have 2 Dell 2408 WFP and a HPlp2475w... I have tryed both landscape and portrate and i just cant decide on what is better on games :/ I love the fact i have have much more up and down view in games and the extra 2 monitors makes up for the side view and makes it a much nice large screen. Where as in landscape i have the same as normal in the middle and extra fish eye at the sides.... Someone please help me decide!!!!! |

The resulting 3 monitor portrait setup may in fact be similar in size to a large 16:9 screen; but you need to ask yourself: Does the higher concentration of pixels really compensate for a setup that is roughly the same size as a regular HDTV, but also has two fabulous bezels in the middle of it? |

If you game and/or watch videos: Landscape. One could argue that portrait is better for gaming, but videos looks really silly on a portrait-oriented display. It'll give you HUGE letterboxing bars, and a smaller picture than landscape will. Or get mounts that let you flip them around without detaching. |

Portrait is fantastic for office work. I just flip mine back and forth as needed since I can't afford a 300$ stand. |

I use portrait now, but I kinda miss having a panel in Landscape while doing work. Time to get another monitor :) |

I'm using landscape both in my work and at home. I loved just the way my monitors were setup. |
