I'm only asking out of curiosity - but I thought the idea might help someone (possibly).

Could you use the two DVI outputs on a 58XX card, split one though a DH2go (or TH2GO in dual mode) to get 1680x1050 + 3360x1050 then have eyefinity stitch them together? (to get 5040x1050)

I have three vga screens that don't like 57hz. It would allow people to use what they already owned or they can find second hand.

in short answer no.

Long answer, Eyefinity needs symmetrical resolutions to work. It's similar to Extended mode on nVidea card, the resolutions must be an exact match. So you could only do even numbers of displays with the same resolution.

They should add the ability to eyefinity as long as the resolution is in fact a rectangle. (Everything lines up resolution wise. like 1600x1200 and 1920x1200 monitors would create 3520x1200)
