how do you get bfbc to shoot video so good in fraps. When I try my Fps go down to 10 and it looks choppy

Running fraps half size at 30fps, my game is installed on one hard drive and the cap is being saved to another. My ingame FPS was around 15-20 while frapsing with 30 fps goin into the capture file thats why I crashed the jeep lol. It's not really playable while frapsing but I wasn't concerned with playability, I just wanted to cap the eyefinity look.
