Mutant Year Zero has native ultrawidescreen support, but unfortunately it is Vert- and not Hor+. The developers had said they will be adding Hor+ in the future but it seems those plans have been scrapped (or at the very least not materialized after several months). Does anyone have any suggestions or interest in investigating a fix?

All I've found so far is that dding the following does effect the FOV, but it becomes WAY too wide. Don't know if that helps at all, or if there's some way to adjust the FOV using the INI files.

i tried a long time ago ,it works but have issue when change fov make some foliage missing
