We would like to make the Sonic Heroes and Sonic Generations games to have a FOV slider that has X and Y values that can be changed seperately as we'd also like to make the game have an open matte screen along with other aspect ratios including the panoramic and others to have a more open matte screen with extra top, left, right, and bottom to be controlled by the slider like the one used for Need for Speed Underground 2.

That's a tall order. That request would probably be best made with the developer. We've fixes for the games here, but adjustable FOV sliders are a bit beyond what we're capable of.
