Sorry Hayden, but it doesn't seem to be working - I get all kinds of 'failed to download' errors, even if it did connect at first (since it did download a list of available plugins).

(DNS doesn't seem to be the problem, as I can browse your site now)
*edit: nevermind - even though the site was working in my browser, DNS turned out to somehow be the problem after all :) weird!

pro tip, if you still can't download the plugin:

Run -> cmd as admin and type ipconfig /flushdns

Awesome!
All is ok on HD7990 5904x1080
Thank you HaYDeN the Lord of Aspect!

Better quality:
in game press ctrl+alt+~
then type
r_multisamples 4
enter
image_anisotropy 16
enter

All has been saved in wolfConfig.cfg

And don't forget to fall asleep in game you'll get the original level from 1992's Wolfentein 3D

Thanks HaYDeN your fix works like a BOSS it is ACE, thanks :rockout:

Never gets old on how many devs or companies just don't give a shit about > 1080p and don't code their huds, scales, fov and games properly, it really is insane.

Got it working by updating Flawless Widescreen to 64bit. ?_? I don't know why but it works now! :)

Detection processes fires off and moves past the "Configuring..." stage now and the ingame AR is fixed. :rockout:

Yesterday there was no 64bit update when I clicked "Check for Updates" but I did it again today and it was available. Updated and works like a charm.

I did notice this which I thought was a little wierd.

Image

The line under DisplayDetection that reads, "Preferred Display \\.\NVMosaic connected to GeForce 210"

Clearly this isn't my preferred display. I'm running my 4th aux monitor off of this card.

Obviously this doesn't affect the fix or how its working because its working and I have that monitor currently turned off so... beats me :)

Thanks for this fix, but Im having problems, it loads the game and seems to work fine with the fix applied, but pressing resume it gets to the point of pressing E to start and hangs on a black screen with music playing in the background, never loads the game

Any ideas?

EDIT - Sorted, needed to set FWS to auto rez, some reason setting it to my actual rez broke the game

Because the game is 64bit you have to run the 64bit version of FWS otherwise it can't modify 64bit processes.

DisplayDetection module needs a overhaul basically.
